BACKGROUND: Jillian is SURFSET Toronto’s biggest fan (ask her why)! She strongly believes that fitness is the best medicine out there, and that fun workouts are the best ones. Her fitness journey began with yoga and CrossFit, but she’s found her sweet spot with SURFSET.
TRAINING STYLE: Jillian’s classes are very high-energy and challenging. She likes to mix it up with lots of cardio and compound movements to help get you the most out of your 45 minutes on the board!
