Background: Denise is a strong believer in the importance of keeping active to promote physical and mental wellness, develop mind-body awareness and prevent illness and injury. She’s enthusiastic about sharing her passion for fitness with others. She has a background in dance (everything from ballet to flamenco) and was previously a ballet instructor. Denise loves getting her sweat on with yoga, barre, and of course Surfset.
